At Shopiyo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every cycle purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our hassle-free refunds and returns process.
1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The cycle must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The cycle must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- All accessories, manuals, and invoice copies must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or specially ordered cycles.
- Cycles that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.
- Accessories sold under clearance or final sale.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@shopiyo.shop within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return procedure and provide the return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned cycle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective cycle:
- Report the issue to support@shopiyo.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect.
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on your preference.
6. Exchange Policy
- We only replace cycles if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
- To exchange an item, please email us at support@shopiyo.shop with the order details.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@shopiyo.shop.
